What happened? When I was younger I remember that some of my classmates made fun of me and that made me feel bad about myself, Why was it a negative experience? Because I didn't feel good about myself and I didn't tell them anything or defend them out of fear. What did you learn from it? to not let them make fun of me and if I did face them, How was it helped to deal with challenges or problems? now I am more sure of myself and I don't let other people want to go overboard with me and make me feel bad again

It happened when my grandmother got cancer and it was very hard for everyone, very sad, but fortunately, she's still here (without cancer) although we are still worried it can get back, but until now everything is fine. I learned that we can always keep going, all we need to do is be positive and sometimes strong, the situation is not changing but what you can change is how you react or deal with it.
This has helped me in other moments of my life, big or not that big.

Bicycle learning

This is a negative experience, and it happened a year ago at that time I had forgotten how to ride the bicycle without wheels and I couldn´t even start riding because I always fell down.
After a while I finally could drive alone but one of my shoe laces got stuck on the toe clip and I lost my balance and I almost got hit by a car.
After that I learned that I should always have my shoe laces tied and I learned how to ride and stop a bicycle.
It has helped me because now I have more reflexes and I am more careful.
