Today it is one of the most famous places in Italy and in the world for the production of wine. It is in the province of Verona,Veneto, limited by natural boundaries: the Lessini mountains in the north, the river Adige in the south, the Adige valley in the west and the Valpantena in the east.In the recent years the territory has been affected by several transformations with a strong migration flux and flourishing economic development. Verona is still the town in Veneto with the higher number of foreign citizens. In the recent years the female component has been increasing and today represents the 53%.  At the end of 2015 the highest percentage of migrants, 28%, came from Non Eu countries, the 20%from Africa and the 18,6 from Asia. Most of the migrants in Veneto came from: Romania, Morocco, Albania, Moldova and China. On the average their age was younger than Italian's and they worked in the agricultural or industrial sector.
