Music is made to be relatable, that way there is a song for just about every emotion imaginable. I would say that my music would be music that tells a story or has a good message. I like to listen to music that has a hopeful, uplifing message that inpsires me to be myself and live the best life I can live. I like to have a expansive palette when it comes to music, I don't like to limit myself when it comes to what I listen to. ]]> 2018-01-28 23:00:47 UTC https://padlet.com/madelynnpratt/ceslngvlv8te/wish/225447362 madelynnpratt https://padlet.com/madelynnpratt/ceslngvlv8te/wish/225447486 My favorite genre would have to be singer-songwriter, because I feel that the lyrics resentate with me and mean more to me.  I feel that singer-songwriters put more work and care a lot more about the final product.  When the artist writes and composes their own music, they don't have any kind of agenda or someone trying to tell them what they need to write about.  When the artist gets to take their time and has no one restricting their capabilities, I feel the product is more authentic and more effort is put forth. The song is more meaningful to the artist, and that is shown in the finished product. I think there is a wide variety of genres in this one genre, which is another reason why it is my favorite.
