People who have a visual impairment that prevents them form reading handwritten or printed text use it.

it is now possible to have computer-based text, such as emails, messages or reports, printed out in braille using a specialist printer.

It is designed to support spoken language and the signs and symbols are used with speech, in spoken word order.

Many people naturally drop the use of signs and symbols as their speech improves and develops.

Within Britain the most common form of Sign Language is called British Sign Language (BSL). BSL is the preferred language of between 50,000-70,000 people within the UK.

There are 180 different letter contractions used in contracted braille. (including 75 short form words like 'him')

These short cuts are used to reduce the volume of paper needed for reproducing books in braille, and to make the reading process easier.

Most children learn contracted braille from reception.

Positive-You presented your work very well as you split the page up into different sections making it easy to read and understand. You also included both information and pictures. You also changed the wallpaper and kept the text simple but colourful

Area for improvement- You could include a title and perhaps some videos maybe showing how braille is read. You could have also narrowed down the information to make it not as long-winded so easier to read.
