         <description><![CDATA[<div>The shifts would be decided not by managers, but by a computer at company headquarters.&nbsp;<br>The first retail worker strike against Wal-Mart, and soon spread from Los Angeles to stores in a dozen cities. Due to today's laws and regulations, these strikes could not be put down if they were done peacefully. It would not end in the workers being injured by the workforce putting a stop to the strike. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
