We had to make a PowerPoint on thigs about us that people may not know 
this helped my communication skills by making me more confident in standing up and presenting a piece of work in my class.
I could improve my confidence going into the presentation so I am calm all the way through not just the end improving my speech during the presentation.

Example 2 - Work
When I work i have to go up to customers and ask if they need any help with finding shoes and then sometimes trying to find there shoe size since we don't have the measurement tools.
This has helped my communication skills with strangers and given me more confidence to do everyday things like answer the phone to unknown numbers etc. 

Example 3- Enrolment 
This is when im first joining the college to try convince to tutors that i would be suitable for the course.
i got into the course and are planning to go into the second year.
I originally was on the extended diploma but because i didn't have my English i had to move down to the NCFE course

This was in Damons lesson where we had to catch all the perpetrators and find all the bombs before the set time.
I would change how we restrained the perpetrators because as we got to the detention room they would escape and run off.
We were able to capture all the suspects by the time given.
We could improve the way we restrained the suspects and look more for the bombs.

Evidence 2- Football
Our objective is to win the game
I would try change some players attitudes to pass the ball more to bring it to a more team working environment and not about individuals.
We are currently top of the league and have won every game and neither been defeated or drew any.
I would make the game more fair by letting other people on the pitch who dont get as much game time.
Evidence 3-Tutorial ucas session
We has to work on a team to find out information on a certain University course
The communication during the task which would make it more efficient
We successfully found all the facts we needed for the task and completed it
