- women can definitely play a pivotal role, especially within the domestic domains of the military
- while women might not be the prime choice for the physical combat, their role in serving the nation should not be restricted to just that, where the status of being "operationally ready" should then be adjusted accordingly for the women to fit in better as they too indeed can serve NS, just under different domains

- I agree with his statement as this will cause a shift in many other industries resulting in a lack of manpower.
- In many families it is likely that women are ones supporting while the men in the house enlist.
- Furthermore, the delay in entry to the workforce can also affect family planning as there is a biological restriction on females.
