He do so by building the best housing Estates and transportation for Singapore making it famous around the world with our first  class standard. 

I would like to say that I really appreciate his efforts in building Singapore without him we would not have what we have today and we may still be a 3rd world country.

What makes him a great leader is his resilience and tenacity. His innovative approach transformed Singapore to what it is today. 

Also, his ability to continuously fight the noble cause, even if it meant doing difficult things for the greater good
