Lots of communication with staff and teachers as well.

Mentor system in place to support student attendance. One system using private groups for specific content for individuals/families. In thinking about ways to move forward- blending the message of vision along with the logistics of what needs to be relayed in a timely manner.  

Shift the thinking to what the message is and how to put the information out in a way that emphasizes the mission/vision (i.e. relay information and include the why regarding growth mindset, goal attainment, etc.)
