Kahoot Game- to getting to know you and cultural education-having each member has a role to ensure. The game content should be based on FAEW, history, names, places, events, historical marks, key collaborators, founders- (Gather facts and artifacts, and souvenir programs, etc.) 

Advertise the event through the WEA to connect with Filipino American educators. Timeline (Draft an invitation today and present it at FAEW for distribution (WEA, social media, etc c/o Marissa.

Tita Minda will write and send a letter to request proclamations. (Timeline-president-should go out ASAP, the rest can be sent in January).

Photo Booth- We can ask the Eugenios if they want to take care of it. (Tita Minda will ask them)

Sponsors, Patrons, and Donors- Look at the previous letters. Tita Minda will dig her treasure chest for the solicitation letters and present them to the committee.

Mail can be done first but face-to-face/ personal communication works well for our Filipino community.

Each member will sell at least 10 tickets or have a table or Donors/Sponsors. Ticketing will ensure that families will sit together at the same table. Strategy/Tip: Ask your friends and families to save $10 each month. :)
