They have to be fair when dealing with the curriculum as they have to take into account of the different requirements what each school can access. ex: technology, supplies

We also believe that teachers and the community surrounding the schools should take into account on educational agendas due to their expertise and what they can bring into the curriculum. It can align with education and economic needs, they are the ones that have the most engagement with the kids and are able to see certain challenges, and social emotional needs they may be facing.
