 I like Mondays a lot. I like them because  it represents a beginning of something new. Mondays do sometimes start out rough, but it doesn't define the week. I always want to be best friends with Monday. I know that if Monday goes well, I have more confidence than the week it doesn't. 
 I don't think we should start the week on a different day because it won't feel like a new week. The only rough start I have is waking up and going back to reality. I usually stay Sundays doing any weekend homework so that hits me too. I don't normally have bad Mondays and when I do it's just sad. Today I feel sick so, there you go.

I honestly have no idea what I have in common with others. I might have the religious views and beliefs as others. I think the same sense of humor or hair routine. I know I may have the same kind of family as other kids. I might get my school clothes at the same store or watch the same Netflix shows. 
We might even get our nails done at the same salon. We might have been born at the same hospital or even grew up in the same neighborhood. Maybe they don't know a sibling or don't have the same dad as their other siblings. We might get gassy from the same foods. If I had to describe Monday using an emoji I would use the laughing/crying emoji. I would use this emoji because on Mondays i feel excited, but I laugh at how much I'm failing to get back into the groove of things, and I'm laughing at myself for trying. For Tuesday, I would use the upside down happy face because I'm just waiting for Wednesday to come. Wednesdays emoji would be the girl getting a head massage because I like Wednesdays and now I need a massage to prepare for Thursday. Thursday would be described with the grimace emoji. Friday is the wink face because at this point I'm ready to party and by party I mean go home and watch Netflix. The blush face is Saturday. It would be Saturday because I usually don't know what Saturdays hold. Sunday would be the laughing/crying face again because I have to now do laundry, homework, and get ready for Monday. Sunday and Monday are the same because I feel the same on both days.

I know for sure that I want to go to college after high school. I'm trying to do well to get a scholarship to a really good university, preferably an Ivy League one. I  want to pursue a career in something involving history, medicine, education, and something that helps people. I would like to join the Peace Corps a plus in doing so is that they have graduate and undergraduate programs at select universities. I know that to get into a good university I have to have plenty of extracurricular activities to put on a resume, take AP classes if able, and have a stellar GPA. I know I need to focus and work hard in school. I have my heart set on a career that will help me help others. I want a job that I can travel with, but not too much. I want to take my parents with me wherever I go. I have a big family, but a small one at the same time. What I mean is that I have a small family and many relatives. I definitely count my dogs as family. Nikko and Saeed are my brothers until the end. I have a few people I consider family. 
I consider my friend Savanna my sister. I've known her since third grade, but our moms had been friends since they were fourteen. My parents have a lot of friends I call 'auntie' and 'uncle'. Like Uncle Midnight, Auntie Jen and Steph, Grandpa Marty, Auntie Bunnie, Aunty B, and Grandma Paulette. I usually prepare my stuff for school the night before and do all my homework. I do little things that help. If I could I would do things differently to help me have a better Monday or week. I would need some money, major acne products, and permission from a lot of people. I know these things are unnecessary, but like it says it's MY Monday. 
I would buy new clothes every week and give away clothes every week. OK, maybe not every week, but every two weeks. I would do this because I know it's not important, but clothing has an impact on your confidence and I feel like this would boost it. I would see if I could bring my dog Nikko to school with me on Mondays just to make it easier. I want the ball gown dress fashion to come back so I can rock them. I want the Barry Manilow/Celia Cruz type dresses to make a comeback because I just love Celia and Copacabana so yeah. I really like folklorico dresses, but I don't think I would want them to make a comeback. I like the fashion the cast was wearing in Sister Act when Lauryn Hill sang Joyful Joyful. Some clothes I would like to see come back are the neon shirts tucked into mom jeans with a belt and vest. I want to see blow out hair came back. I think seeing clothes like TLC wore would be nice. I would not like to see super chunky highlights to come back. I really wouldn't want to ever see really bad 70's blow out hair or really any hairstyle from the 70's. I've thought about volunteer work. I've done volunteer work at the Rio where we went on a field trip last year.I volunteered there because my Granny was there and we didn't want to leave her alone. I want to do more volunteering in the future. I believe that my love of reading can be a major key in how I want to help.
My church used to go to the Albuquerque Rescue Mission around Christmas to help out. For about the past year, I've wanted to volunteer at Joy Junction. There are different things that you can do like helping with the kitchen and read to kids. I think there is an age limit for volunteering. The last thing I remember was getting seated to begin my AVID class! I was so chicken deprived that I had to go to sleep. Anyway, the next thing I know is that we were all sitting in the choir room and Rachel was doing a rendition of Make You Feel My Love. I so desperately wanted to go up to her and tell her how I was her biggest fan, but then I looked down and I realized I was not just her biggest fan.. I was one of her best friends. I know that last night I stayed watching Glee, but what episode? After she was finished the bell rang and it was time for me to head to my next class. On my way there, a locker was turned into a memorial for a student. That's when I remembered that I was in The Quarterback episode. What a sucky and sad episode to dream about. Then all of a sudden I was dressed as Katy Perry and Mr. Shuester kicked me out of the Glee club I turned to walk out of the door and as soon as I did, everyone in AVID was taking notes. My mom told me to blow out a candle and the first thing that came to mind was to make a wish. It felt like like the right day to make one. I wished to always be happy when something doesn't happen. I wished to always be happy if something doesn't happen because if I said I wish a million dollars fell from the sky and it didn't I would still be happy. If I was supposed to go to the movies and I couldn't - Tada! 
I wished that because if something didn't happen I would get into a mood. I don't like getting in a mood because they are sometimes hard to get out of. It would be nice to always have a good attitude and stay positive. It didn't come true, but I do work on my attitude. It would be nice if it does come true.

I woke up in a pit of cotton. It was dark and it smelt like conditioner. I tried to climb out but, no such luck. I walked to the edge of what seemed like a nightmare and I fell off my own bed. My mom came in and yelled for me to wake up. When she saw I wasn't there she grew frantic and began to search for me. "Mom! I'm right here!" It was so not cool when I had to brush my teeth. The water almost made me drown so I had to leap from buckle to buckle on my nightstand and somehow push my water bottle over and open the cap. The water bottle was too heavy for me so I had to take the cap off a nearby Sharpie to twist the water bottle cap off. I quickly got it off with success, but my fingers actually turned into... butter fingers? I doubt she has the much money, but I think it would still be her. It would be my granny because it would be something left in her will. She would leave to me because we have a strong relationship and I'm the only one of her great grand kids that have that with her. I would do a lot with a million dollars.
First I would pay off all my parents debt and buy them a house. I would then give some money to my grandparents and siblings. I would invest money and buy stocks. I would put money away in the bank and I would give whatever is left to my moms so they could travel the world. If there is still money left over from that I would save it for my career.

For the rest of the eight weeks I could work on letting God shine through me to my friends. I can always work more on time management. I want to maybe get a math tutor in the future. I feel like I can always get more understanding on what we learn. I would really like to have time to prepare my Sunday school lessons more thoroughly so the kids would get more out of it. I hope to continue to get a 4.0. I want to work on enjoying the present and not worry about the future so much. I would also like to continue to work on my social skills.
