Diseases like cancer will be more common, also climate change is going to be more severe, that´s why every human being will start to care about. Fuel cars will be banned in almost every country and recycling and veganism will be more common. 
20 years into the future, I think that all the people will be eating fake meat, everyone will have robots in their house, Fuel cars will disappear and electric automobiles will be more normal in the streets, also, rising temperatures will result in melting glaciers, continuing  with the climate changes, some animals and plants will become in danger of extinction or will be completely gone.
50 years into the future, the world will be extremely different from today. Flying cars are a big possibility, and humans making trips to new planets could also happen, but one advantage is that the cure of most illness will have been discovered but there will be new viruses.
