This could be done in settings where there will be a group of people present such as faculty meetings and PLC meetings.&nbsp;This ultimately will help create a positive learning environment within the school.</div>]]></description>

A teacher leader should be comfortable with making decisions that are good for the entire group instead of just focusing on themselves. Even though their decision might not be good for the group, a teacher leader should understand always be open to other opinions from their colleagues. </div>]]></description>

They are able to do that by working with other colleagues on issues that are seen.
