As this is my first time to be a TA, I was so worried that whether I would do it well or not, or whether I would fail or make mistakes at something during the journey. Before doing a TA, I think I had some problems in expressing the ideas in an easily understandable way, which has been solved quite greatly since I started the job. Additionally, I think that my confidence in myself was able to raise when I was with other wonderful TAs and LTAs, to believe that these great people also once made mistakes, then they learnt from that and grew.  また最初はガイドラインやPPTを作成するときにわからない箇所があったりペアTAから指摘された箇所があると確認せずに返答していたが、最近は確認してわからないときはLTAに聞いたりしてしっかり確認したりするようにした。

At first, somehow, we could not understand each other so well, which led to miscommunications as well as misunderstandings when preparing for the class together. However, we tried our best to gradually erase the gap together. All we did was preparing the language knowledge for the opposite language basis, for example, Satsuki would study English, and I would study Japanese when we were doing the TA jobs. After that, sometimes we tried to communicate by our opposite language in order to practice as well as understand each other more. 

2. how we would take care of our students because there are so many of them. From the beginning of the class, we tried our best to reach out to all of our students and form a group within us to exchange information as well as notifications. Apart from that, we always remind them to come to us whenever they are having any troubles, in either private messages or through groups, so that we would come to help as soon as possible. To encourage our students to come to class, we tried sending each of them private messages and cheer them up to come to the class, I think through that we have somehow managed to take care of our students, and ensure that all the information are through.
