- When cleaning up the tables and tray,  we need to used the sanitizer. This is one of the procedure that I need to follow. 
- Other than that,  I also need to make sure the sauces we full.  So when the sauces were finished I need to refilled it. 
- When there were a few customers, I mopped the floor at the lobby.  I want the floor looked cleaned. When mopping the floor I need to put the sign board that show the floor was wet. This is because I want the customers to alert.
- Every 30 minutes,  we need to check the toilet to make sure the toilet were clean and dry.  The restaurant manager always remind us to make sure the toilet were always clean. 
- In the evening, I make a lobby pickup. Lobby pickup was done to make sure the the area around the restaurant always clean. I make the lobby pickup with the manager named Hazim.  We looked around the restaurant and pick up the rubbish that have around the restaurant.
-  At 8p.m. I'm going home. Before going home, I make sure the lobby were clean and all the dustbin were clean.

- Other than that,  I also need to make looby pick up. Lobby pick up was a task that I need to look around the restaurant and pick up the rubbish such as cups,  plastic, straw and many more.  This is because, we want the surrounding were clean and neat.

- After that,  the shift manager assigned me to be the runner for counter. This is because there were many customers dine in at the restaurant. So I run the products and make the drinks that the order taker take. 
- After break,  I was assigned as a runner drive thru. It was a challenging work because there were many customers make a drive thru. This is because, when they make a drive thru, they will get a free gift. 
- I run the products and make sure there were no missing items happened. I need to work fast because we need to maintain the goal for drive thru.
- Before going home,  I stocked up all the items and swept the floor.

- After break, I was assigned as a runner counter. This is because there were a crew that take the order.  So I run the products and make sure all the products were complete before we deliver to the customers. 
- When all the products were settled, I will calling the customers and they will pickup their food.

- There were many customers came to the restaurant. I need to listen carefully when taking orders.  This is because I do not want to miss any order or take the order wrongly.

- As a presenter, I will faced the customers and I was responsible to make sure I delivered the correct products to the customers.
- At night,  after "terawih" most of the customers that came to the restaurant  bought ice cream. 
- Today also we had a small problems where the ice cream machine cannot function well. So we need to stop selling the small cone and chocotop. 
- This is because the ice cream were not properly set.

- Today also there were many customers came to the restaurant for "berbuka". So I and Joshua worked together to settle all the order.  
- Other than that,  I also cooked the petty at the vats. I cooked all the petty such as mc chicken,  nuggets, fillet, value petty, deluxe and pies.
- After break,  I checked all the petties and cooked what had been zero. I grilled the beef petty which is 10:1 and 4:1.

I started my work at 5pm.
- My partner at the kitchen today was Sulaiman. We work together to make all the order. He was an initiator while I as assembler.
- At first,  there were a few customers and we can handle the order. After that,  around 6.30pm the orders started to increase. So we need to work fast.  
- We got a helped from the manager and other crew to cooked all the petty and helped us at the prep line. Wo work together as a team and we manager to prepared all the order from customers. 
- Working at kitchen was a bit stressed because we need to make sure all the products that we prepared were correct and fresh. 
- Other than that, other crew will helped us when they saw many orders. 
- We need to use the correct utensils when we were at kitchen. We cannot simply used the utensil. 
- I learned a lot when I was at the kitchen. I also need to make sure the prep line always cleaned. 
- Before went home, I divided the job with Sulaiman which is he would clean the grill while I would pulled out the kitchen.

- Then the shift manager which is Kak Ekin assigned me at the front counter as a order taker. 
- This is because there were many customer and need to open two counter.
- I took the order from the customers and Abang Hafiz being the runner for me.  He will prepared all the products according to the order. 
- During night,  after break I being a runner for Amir.  Amir took the order and I would prepared the food. 
- There were many customers came and they were queuing until the Mc Café  area. 
- I need to work fast and I work together with Husna.  Husna prepared the food and I prepared the drinks and ice cream. We work together so that we can quickly served the customers.
- It was a tiring day for everyone. I worked until 1am.

- Before deliver the products to the customers, I will check first to avoid missing products.
- At night,  I working with Shahadah. We will communicate together so that we will give the best service to the customers.
