         <description><![CDATA[<div>You can ensure that all of your students get the most out of the lessons you teach by putting a strong emphasis on student engagement. In a traditional classroom setting, it is quite obvious when students are engaged in the learning that's taking place. However, in an online environment that can be challenging for a teacher to identify. Students to have more freedom when they are not in our classrooms. There are resources and tools available for teachers to create more engagement in both settings. When teachers and students come together at the same time and location (physical or virtual), they are said to be learning synchronously and interacting in real-time. Asynchronous learning is when students communicate with each other and access resources at their own pace over a longer period of time (All You Need to Know, n.d.).</div>]]></description>
