The examples and tables in the book helped me immensely. Also, having you guide us and to help "read between the lines" gave me more confidence. I would say that in August I was at a 1.5. Really that low on the confidence level on how I would be incorporating these strategies into my teaching. However, I now stand at about a 4 in my confidence level. My ahh ha moment was the fact that I was already doing these things in the classroom as a teacher, but I just needed to add a few things such as reflections and to adjust some small things.
