-How did they make our shadows colourful in the Moodscape?

I learnt how lights and mirrors can be used to make experiences more immersive.

I learnt that you can use AI to move around the objects on screen according to the users actions that are caught on camera

I learnt that lights and mirrors make me really dizzy

I find thought provoking that the ai knows what to do when the user moves around, knowing which objects to move to keep the user interested.

I also am intrigued by the amount of light in this experience. There was almost no light but after I got used to the dark, I could see clearly.

Would this experience still be enjoyable without AI?

I learnt that different angles of lights can trick the brain to imagine things like I think a mirror is in front of me.

I learnt that AI can be interesting, does not need to be simple.

I found the fog room and the one with the laser because it tricked my brain thinking i was delusional.

I have a question, how do they even make these? How do they know what to do?

I don't know why my name is anon

• Using ICT, sensors and cameras tracked visitor movements, allowing the artworks on the screens to respond dynamically.

• Some pieces generated visuals in real-time, based on user interaction, with AI

  I learnt that AI and ICT does not always have to be complexed, but can even be simple to be fun and interesting.

We like the throwing ball place as it was fun to throw the ball and the patterns were cool.

I learnt that:

-I didn’t know anything about my brain compared to that exhibit

-People can change personalities

How the mist made the room seem big when it was kinda small

1. My observations on how ICT and AI that were used was when we were in the Memory Storage because just by answering 3 questions, our answers were able to be put up in the Memory Storage exhibition.

2. I learnt that

   1, AI is a powerful source of our internet for our future

   2, IT is like AI, not by how it works but how they serve the world. Using IT can improve our technology

   3, Our feelings and thoughts can be reflected in how a room would look like. Just like how some rooms in the exhibition express our personalities.

For one of the rooms, AI was used as a simulator to show us moving things on the screen and having to touch them without physically touching them.

The ICT and AI were tricking our eyes in thinking that it was real and it was interesting to see the mirrors reacting to our movements/actions.

Why did they make this exhibition?

3 things I’ve learnt:

1) Cameras track the visitor movements and interactions, which let the images on the screen respond in real time.

2) Light can be split into different rays to create optical illusions.

why Art Science Museum made the ‘ Mirror Mirror ’ exhibition.

They used lights and audio. For example, during one of the doors, they split the rays of light to create optical illusions as if you were walking through lasers . Another room used fog and different colours of light to make you slightly dizzy. It used calming music as well.

3 things we learnt from this Learning Journey is how to brainstorm, how to have fun using technology and how the mind can trick people brain.

2 things we find interesting is how the lights in the “laser room” tricked our eyes and thinking we were going to bump into the pillars.

AI and ICT were used when lazers were needed in the lazer room

The room that was called brainstorm needed ICT to react when there ball hit the screen.

Three things I learnt from the learning journey:

-I learnt that using ICT and AI for this exhibition will attract more attention and it will make the experience more meaningful as it has a more realistic feel.

-I also learnt that when we move as a group, it is a better way to take in more information and share it around.

-The third thing I learnt is that collaboration is key when we are to work in groups.

Two things I found interesting:

-How they use touch-sensitive screen for the ball-throwing exhibit

-What I found interesting was that when we typed something in the word thingy room,it appeared on the wall.

How did they make the interactive exhibit where we had to put our hands up to ‘’touch”the AI box thing and play around?
