3. Learning can be extremely enjoyable with the use of multi-media.

In a typical classroom setting, a lot of time is allotted to writing notes or disciplining students. However, my online teaching experience is characterised by student participation and content discussion. 
The students cover way more via e-learning setting and seem more focused. They normally wait until the end of class before they have discussions amongst each other.

However, based  on the  engagements I had so far I am excited and motivated.
E Learning is convenient,  flexible  and self paced.I can practice  and review  content anytime, anywhere  on any device  without any limit to physical boundaries  and at my own pace.
E Learning provides the platform  for  sharing  of information  and knowledge  in creative ways from my tutor  and colleagues. This will open up opportunities  for me to acquire skills and learn new ways of doing things thereby developing my own creativity.
