2. Yes, it will bring more attention to the issue because more people are going to see that it is a problem and needs to get fixed. 
3. It is in the same category because those are two things that will never be completely solved. Both are a problem in the world that we are aware about but do not do enough for. There are no ways to solve this but you can decrease this issue by continuing to send food to the countries that need it.

The article uses vivid details and imagery to effect the reader
3. I believe that any article about world hunger can help advertise the problem. Every little bit helps the situation and the more the word is spread, the more people will help.
4. The connection exists as there are fights in other countries over food. You can not have world peace while countries are fighting over what is theirs. The problems connect in one main way in that they will most likely never be solved.
