I think the project that Japan has used is friendly to the environment, moreover, it can save the money.
Because the 2020 Olympics will be hold in Tokyo, Japan need a lot of precious metal to make the medals. For that, they come up with the project of recycling the mobile to collect the metal. How intelligent they are! This project not only saving the money to buy the precious metals but also reducing the waste of resource.
I have learned the similar project from the English lesson so I know how powerful the recycling is. If people can come up with more and more idea to be friendly to environment, I think our earth will be happy.

However, I saw many ways to do mindfulness. People have a lot of thoughts, they are memories, songs....... We know that there are kinds of thoughts in our mind. Sometimes we are compassionate, loving, generous and truthful whereas sometimes we are fearful, vengeful, resentful and envious.
I usually think that having pessimistic thought is shaming and I always resist them. Nevertheless, I learned that I should face my pessimistic thoughts. Not to say anything, just to breathe in and breathe out. Be sure and face what I think, and then accept my thoughts.
I think that mindfulness can decline our pressure of mind and make us calm. What I can do is taking practice and then accepting my thoughts.

In fact, sugar is the general term for carbohydrates. Almost everything contains it. However, many doesn't know why sugar makes them happy and how it affects people's brains.
The clip explain the reason is the brain's reward system. Moreover, not only food can activate the reward system; socializing, sexual behavior and drugs are also the examples of this brain's system.I have learned a kind of chemical substance called Dopamine can makes us felt happy. When we eat sugar, Dopamine will motivate our brains, and then we will feel good.
Nevertheless, eating too much sugar is not good for our health. That will make Dopamine overdrive and cause addiction. That is, people will seek more and more sugar and rely on it, in other words, sugar likes a kind of drugs.
Learning how sugar affects our brains is very important to me. To my amazement, sugar is like the drug if we eat too over, so we should notice how much sugar we ingested.

However, they not get along well. Myanmar's colonized history caused the hatred between Myanmar and Rohingya.
In the past, white man gave Rohingyaq more power than Myanmar. In fact, Myanmar were the original resident while Rohingya were the illegal immigrant from Bangladesh. Nevertheless, the original resident became the inferior people. With the illegal immigrant came to Myanmar, the more and more Myanmar's Buddhist villages were damaged, the more and more Myanmar were killed by the Muslin. I found that both the colonized history and different religion caused the hatred. That's why now many Myanmar feel unfair and angry when the world sympathize Rohingya.
In the third clip, the woman called Rohima Khatun impressed me a lot because her tear. When she described what happened in Myanmar, her fear, sadness, helpless and tears made me sorrowful. I couldn't imagine how despair she was when she saw her family were killed in front of her. I thought solving the problems between Myanmar and Rohingya was important. Otherwise, tragedy and hatred will be repeated.

Furthermore, the reasons causing this phenomenon are associated with human behaviors. First, the climatic change is the one reason. Global warming is the one factor that intensifies the desertification. The climate becomes hotter whereas the rain becomes, that contribute to the drought and the expansion of deserts.
Second, the rapid population growth is also a reason. The growth of population means human need more resources and developed lands, and then the problems of overgrazing, deforestation and wrong irrigation produce. These problems would decline the capacity of environmental load, therefore the desertification gets worsen.

As a Taiwanese teenager, I can eat local food and take public transportation to reduce the carbon emission. I think these actions can improve global warming. There is no doubt that desertification is a severe issue we should face now. Fake news can arises panic and influences people's perspectives. Furthermore, fake news may be created to cause confusion on politics.
I have learned that the traditional media is demanded to report the true and reliable news. Besides, country has the strict legal norms to the traditional media. In contrast, there are many social media sites and networks now, and they don't be demanded clearly like the traditional media. Nevertheless, more and more people are used to gaining the information from the social media;moreover, they usually don't be aware that the news may be the misinformation.

Fortunately, I learned some ways to be aware of the fake news. First, context. We can observe when the news was written, where it comes from, and if the content can affect our perspectives. Second, credibility. Identifying the credibility of the source is important, and we should check if this site has a reputation for journalistic integrity. Third, construction. We should analyze the construction of the news to distinguish the facts and opinions. Then, corroboration. Corroborating information with other credible sources to confirm the truth. However, many people have never thought how to speak so that people want to listen.
In this clip, the speaker said seven sin when we spoke. Gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying and dogmatism. I deeply agree his opinion, and the negativity impressed me. For instance, when you express your pleasure and funny things, nevertheless, your friend speaks the negative opinion about what you has said. There is no doubt that this situation is really disappoint. I think that no one like to speak with the man who always makes the negative talk.
Besides the seven sins that we should avoid, the speaker also told us the fundamental elements when we speak. The elements are honesty, authenticity, integrity and love. If we can notice and do these, I think the person who we speak to will actually receives what we express. In addition, there are some "tools" we can put to good use. The are register, timbre, prosody, pace, pitch and volume. Making use of them will make people are more willing to listen to us and exactly receive the message.
Now I know that speaking is really a learning. Every one should practice speaking, and then the world will be more beautiful because the good expressing can reduce the misunderstanding between people.

However, there is no denying that everyone has the time to collaborate with others. But, why do people have to collaborate? In fact, there are some greatly benefits if people cooperate. First, the things people do can be easily completed. Doing everything himself is difficult to one person, and he will need a lot of time to finish the work. In contrast, if he cooperate with others, the work will be more efficiently accomplished. Next, collaboration is really a good choice to learn how to communicate with people. I think the ability of communicating with others is important to us. Collaborating can make people efficiently finish the work, and can inspire their ideas.
Moreover, I have a successful experiences to collaborate with others. When I was in the 11 grade, I had the presentation in the Health class. Before standing in front of teacher and the classmates, I and the members needed to prepare a lot of in formation and practice. To my happiness, we really did the good teamwork. One people was responsible for searching the information, another making the power point, and others doing the oral presentation. I delighted at our cooperation because I usually should do everything myself. Collaboration made me felt less tired, and we efficiently completed our presentation. If everyone learn how to cooperate, people can accomplish more things.

First, if we don;t get sleep, our drain can't receive and gain the new memory. That means we can't commit new experiences to memory. Next, the lack of sleeping will increase the toxic protein called beta amyloid in the brain. This protein is associated wth Alzheimer's disease. What's more, the reproduction system is also impacted by the sleeping. sleeping five to six hours, a man has a level of testosterone that sames as ten years. Besides, a lack of sleep influences the immune system. The lack of sleep can reduce 70% natural killer cells which are critical anti cancer-fighting immune cells. AS a result, that might improve the possibilities of getting cancer. Furthermore, cardiovascular system is influenced by sleep, too. If people not get sufficient sleep, their blood pressure will rise. In the end, our brains have about eight hours sleep to repair.
However, how do we have a nice sleep? There are five tips. Firstly, maintaining regulation. Second, dimming down half the lights in our homes. Third, noticing the temperature. The best temperature for sleep is about 18 and a half degrees Celsius. Fourth, avoiding alcohol and caffeine. last, not stay in bed awake. Do these and we can get better sleep.

It's not difficult to imagine how AI will affect human future. There is no denying that AI can make our life more convenient. Nevertheless, many people worry that their job will be grabbed by AI. But they don't be aware of other worth AI brings.
In the clip, the speaker said that the industry society make people see their works as the life meaning. As soon as I listened these words, I just found this circumstance. Besides, the speaker told the fact that he suffered the cancer to audiences. Afterwards, he said that he read the book, which made him realize when people face the death, they always not regret their jobs because the have been busy working all the life but neglecting the significance of accompanying with the people they love. What he said deeply touched my mind. People spend all their life working while they lose the time to accompany, love, and even express their love to their important family.
Therefore, I find Al can help us more than I think before. Although AI actually will replace some people who engaging the routine works, it also can help us have more time to engaging in the jobs that demand creativity and are associated with caring the society. Eventually, I hope more and more people can be aware of the benefits AI will bring, and that AI and human can cooperate well to make the world more wonderful in the future.

However, after watching the clip, I actually change my opinions on them. The woman called Halima Aden is really courage and impresses me a lot. In my opinion, she has influences on the world.
Although some people may have discrimination for Halima Aden's background, she has never gave up the choices to show herself. Despite the fact that she is a refugee, she has done a lot of things that others might not dare to do like her. In contrast to people's general thoughts about the refugees, Halima Aden receives nice education. Besides, she deeply know that learning is the important way to escape the refugees' zone, and she dare to be "the first " to do many things. Tha't why she can become a International Model.
Although Halima Aden has faced the bad surroundings, she overcame it and created her brighter life.

My reflection on the clips:
I. “Breakdown: Sports vs. eSports”

II. “What are eSports?”

III. “Are eSports really sports?”
In this generation, the online games seem to become a part of many teenagers' lives. Have you knew eSports? eSports is different from the traditional sports we know. In fact, that is a competition. With the games advancing and more and more teenagers seeing them as their main entertainment, the eSports has appeared. Nevertheless, I was confused by the question about whether eSports is sports. After watching the clips, I recognize it not only a competition but sports. Though eSprots players seem to just click the mouses and type on the keyboards, to my amazement, their motor cortex actually works when they play the games.
Moreover, the successful eSports players can not only earn much money but also obtain the fame from the audiences around the world. I will encourage the teenagers who is talented in playing games and are interested in games to become the next famous eSpots players. After all, this job is likely to have bright future. However, although the job is attracting, it's seem to have something the players should realize. eSpots requires the flexible brains but people's brains usually lose flexibility with people aging. Therefore, it can't be a lifelong job. Besides, because of sitting in front of the computers for a long time, they will have a lot of healthy problems. Therefore, if teenagers want to engage in eSports, they should understand these disadvantages.
