         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sit Properly</strong></div><div>Sit at the back&nbsp; of your chair.</div><div>Try using posture correctors.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Flexibility</strong></div><div>Try to get more flexible by doing stretches or take up a new sport like yoga.</div><div><strong>Stretch</strong></div><div>Stretch when you get up, when your stuck in a position for a long period of time, your muscles become fatigued/exhausted.</div><div><strong>Strengthen Your Core</strong></div><div>The core refers to the entire area from under the rib cage, to the mid-thigh.
