         <title>My personal health practices and overall wellness status </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'd say I'm pretty healthy physical wise it is just a cake of me needing to get out more after marching band season is over. My social wellness isn't that good. I can relate to people but not a lot  of people like to talk to me. I've never had that many friends. My emotional wellness isn't as great as it has been. I have suffered through genetic depression and anxiety. I went to therapy and that helped a lot. I still have problems but it is not as bad as before. My spiritual wellness is really good. I've come to terms with who I am and I'm very happy with who I have become. My environmental wellness is good because I'm band my friends say when I'm there i make their day 10 times better and when I'm out sick their practice isn't fun. My occupational wellness is good I don't have a real job though I just babysit. I love it though. The kids I watch are such sweethearts. My intellectual wellness is good. I am pretty much open to anything as long as it doesn't harm others or the wellbeing of others. My multicultural wellness is good I guess. I'm just white so that means my ancestors were really racist and wanted every single piece of land. </div>]]></description>

         <title>How healthy behaviors effect my health status. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Personally when I am very happy and motivated for life I normally feel more healthy on those days. Like I want to go out and run or eat salad something I'd never do because lettuce is gross. If I'm just super sad and unmotivated that day I normally will just sit there and not do anything or I'll eat foods that are bad for me. </div>]]></description>
