         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Healthy Diet consists of Fruits, Vegetables, and Meats. All though eating the correct foods may seem healthy, everyone's idea on what is Healthy is different. The most healthy Diet I can currently think of consists of a steady workout along with Fruits and Vegetables in the Morning then for Lunch a Fruit and some Meat, then for Dinner, a Banana and a glass of milk may seem healthy for me currently.</div>]]></description>
