There a many, many ways to expand access, that are also always changing. For example, telehealth is becoming more and more comfortable for patients as tech literacy grows. Likewise, millennials seem to prefer text so that provides both another challenge and opportunity.

We have extended our hours to 8PM instead of 6PM. During clinic hours, we have established specific "buzz words" that will prompt the call center representative to transfer the patient to our nurse instead of scheduling an appointment.

We have grown our telephone support. When patients call in and their call isn't answered it is now forwarded to a call center.
