My job is at a nursing home where I help my patients with self care.
 There are different disciplines I have to take care of.
 My nursing home tells me about the disciplines and I follow them.
 I consult with different doctor daily for the patient his health.
 Me and my patient like to talk about family history. We always have long conversations about this topic.
 In the nursing home we promote self care to the patients. Brushing teeth, combing hair and skin care. Sometimes patients are aggressive which I do not like.

 Talking to doctors is something that I do every day to know about my patients.
 When I go to their homes I give them personal care. 
 I help with washing them or taking walks because the doctors say it is something good for their mental health. 
 I have different nursing duties like giving medicine.
 I most come in contact with elderly patients.

 I have daily activities for my patients like showering and dressing but also eating and medication.
 My patients mostly talk about the past because they are lonely.
 In the past they did things with their family and thinking about it makes them happy.
