My dream office would be located in the central district, on the top floor of an office building because I want to have a good view of busy streets below.I am an accountant, so I need many new and modern devices to serve my work. There is a new computer, a monitor a mouse, a printer, a photocopier, a filing cabinet and a telephone. I use the computer to write documents and send emails.The printer and photocopier are for printing and copying documents.The filing cabinet is for storing files.The telephone is for making calls. The computer is on my desk. The printer and photocopier are next to the desk. The filing cabinet is in the corner of the office. Finally, the telephone is on the right of the monitor.The item I like best is the computer because I use it every day and it is very useful for my work.

In the future, I would like to work as an accountant. I choose this job because I am good at numbers and I think accounting is very useful for every company.I hope I can work for a big company in Vietnam, for example Viettel or FPT. I want to work in the accounting department, where I can check money and prepare reports.My main responsibilities will be making financial statements, checking invoices, and helping the manager to control the company’s budget.For this job, I need some important skills such as math, computer skills, and problem solving. Also, an accountant should be careful, honest and responsible. I think these skills and personalities will help me do this job well in the future.

I would like to work for Vinamilk because it is one of the most successful and well-known companies in Vietnam, and I believe it can offer me a stable career and opportunities for development. This company specializes in producing and distributing dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese, which are very popular with customers. If I have the chance, I would like to work in the Accounting Department as an accountant. My main duties will include recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, checking invoices, and making sure that all the company’s revenues and expenses are managed correctly. I think this job is very suitable for me because I enjoy working with numbers and I want to contribute to the company’s financial success.

Secondly, Employees are expected to dress smartly; men usually wear shirts and trousers, while women often choose formal dresses or blouses. The next thing to keep in mind is don’t gossip about other people’s personal matters.It is also important not to use your mobile phone during meetings or to speak loudly in the office. Last month, I had a serious problem at work. The accounting software suddenly crashed while I was preparing the monthly financial report. It happened just two days before the deadline, so I couldn’t access any important data. This made my work very stressful because I needed those figures to complete the report on time. I immediately informed the IT department and worked with them to recover the data. While waiting, I used backup files I had saved earlier to continue part of my work. Luckily, we fixed the problem and submitted the report before the deadline. From this experience, I learned the importance of always saving backup copies and staying calm when facing unexpected problems.

After graduation, I’m planning to take a short break and spend some time with my family. I am a marketing assistant in a medium-sized company, where I help my manager prepare campaigns and communicate with clients. My company provides some common employee benefits such as health insurance, paid annual leave, and a small year-end bonus. There are also free coffee and snacks in the office for everyone.Among these benefits, I think health insurance and paid leave are the most important because they make me feel secure and allow me to relax after stressful work. Health insurance especially gives me peace of mind when I get sick. On the other hand, free coffee and snacks are not very necessary. They are just small things that do not really affect my job satisfaction.If possible, I would like my company to offer flexible working hours or the option to work from home. This would help employees have a better work-life balance and become more productive.
