A FEW WEEKS BEFORE VINCENT VAN GOGH'S DEATH.

Dr. Gachet- How are you feeling today Vincent? Have you been having any severe depression episodes or painting fits?

Vincent- Yes, Doctor. These past few weeks i have been making on average a painting per day, but in the last three days i am painting at least two to three per day!

Dr. Gachet- I see....so you have been more active and engrossed in your painting journey. Have you also been more irritable and sensitive lately?

Vincent- I am not sure, but i have found myself unable to control and keep up with my emotions..!

Dr. Gachet- It seem like your depression is aggravating and is influencing you strongly in your daily life! I will prescribe you some medication and show you a few relaxation exercises to help you stay in control of your emotions.

Vincent-....Thank you Doctor. I will try them out and let you know if they work in our next session.

Dr. Gachet- What burdens you this evening Vincent? Are you any better than the last time I saw you?

Vincent- Everything is falling apart inside me, I feel lost. I believe the medicine you gave me isn't working on me.

Dr. Gachet- Maybe you need a higher doze.

Vincent-For a man as depressed as me the pills feel like candy!

Dr. Gachet- We are here to help you get through it, Vincent. You have to be sincere with me.

Vincent- There is no point in trying to save me, I will soon escape the madness of my life once and for all...
