I traveled to Canada with a goal in mind after finishing my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a well-known prestigious school in my hometown called Saint Louis University Baguio in 2015. I'm currently taking the field of business management, with a focus on Business supply chain and logistics management. Furthermore, I'm looking into the public sector since I know how crucial it is to the development of economies and communities.

I have an experience managing and running a remittance center and a variety store back home. I believe that by combining the knowledge from the public sector, supply chain management, and logistics will improve my ability to promote constructive change in the business and community development sectors.

I'm eager to acquire new skills and expand my knowledge as I go on this adventure, eventually hoping to use what I learn to enhance operations and support public service projects when I go back to the home country.

Each group was entrusted with choosing a public agency to present on throughout this week's class sessions. We explored subjects like bio, standardization, group buying, and the industry's prevailing problems during the program. We also looked at the various governmental engagement levels, from local to federal and provincial. It became clear that laws, rules, and policies from the government greatly influence how public procurement activities are carried out.

When one considers this, healthcare risk management becomes apparent as a crucial element in the public sector. Risks associated with healthcare include those relating to disease outbreaks and the environment. Preserving the health of the general public requires an understanding of and commitment to controlling these threats.

Studying healthcare risk management in our public sector course helps us understand the challenges involved in providing public services. In the end, it serves to promote societal well-being by highlighting the significance of taking proactive steps to detect and mitigate potential hazards.

I've learned how crucial efficient risk management is to the seamless operation of public sector organizations via our conversations and case study evaluations. It is evident that proactive steps are required to foresee and handle any issues that might emerge, eventually protecting the community's interests.

We will surely find great value in this deeper comprehension of risk management concepts as we delve further into the nuances of governance and public administration. It draws attention to the necessity of strong risk management systems for navigating the uncertainties and complexities present in public sector operations.

Laws governing procurement ensure that the public sector purchases goods and services fairly by requiring competitive bidding and moral behavior from officials. By engaging minority and small enterprises in government contracts, it also encourages diversity. In general, it keeps public sector spending honest and transparent.a

Furthermore, the lecture emphasized the variety of employment options found in the public sector. It confirmed my desire to work in a field where I can positively influence society. Whether it be in community development, law enforcement, or policymaking, today's conversation strengthened my resolve to make a significant contribution to my town's improvement and stoked my enthusiasm for public service.

Furthermore, comprehending requisitions brought to light the necessity of cooperation and coordination between various government agencies as well as with other parties. To effectively accomplish organizational goals, streamlined communication and collaboration are essential components of efficient requisition management. Overall, this lesson emphasized the importance of prudent resource management in governance as well as the real-world complexities of public sector operations.

Additionally, Module 9 provided further details on the evaluation procedure, stressing the need of thorough evaluation meetings, the formulation of strict evaluation criteria for bids, and the distinction between qualified and unqualified vendors. These modules emphasize how important it is to carefully design and evaluate public procurement projects in order to maximize value for all parties involved, including taxpayers.

We've looked at how codes of ethics can stop unethical actions including making personal purchases, taking advantage of supplier privileges, and using dishonest tactics. Procurement experts contribute to the efficient and moral operation of public institutions by upholding public confidence in the procurement process and by abiding by established rules of conduct.

It's time to present our work after all of our hard work and collaboration. I'm encouraged by our team's strength and confidence in our preparation as we get ready to take center stage. We are ready to shine, therefore we take on the task of today with a strong sense of determination.

Our team persisted in the face of obstacles, committed to comprehending the intricacies of the city's supply chain dynamics. I personally tried, going to AJ Tyler, but the operations manager was not there, thus I was unable to carry out the planned research. All the same, our combined efforts paid off, as Evangelina's interview at EROC yielded priceless information that helped us finish the project.We've come to a thorough knowledge of the potential and problems facing the supply chain and fleet services of the City of London, and as we wrap up our discussions, I'm proud of our teamwork. 

This semester has been an incredible learning and growth experience thanks to your commitment and creative teaching methods. I am especially appreciative of the knowledge I have acquired in Public Sector Supply Chain Management (SCM), which I can't wait to use in my upcoming projects in the future.
