Inspiration to take up a matter which I never thought was important!!&nbsp; 2.Knowledge of ChatGPT</strong>-that I used to get my meal planned according to my calorie requirement (As per the calorie calculator, 1281 cal/day) that too with the ingredients I already have in my fridge!!! Diet alone does 80% of the work, while exercise is 20%<br>3. You can't target one particular body part to lose weight; I used to believe that working out the thighs was sufficient.<br>4. A SUBSTITUTE FOR POPCORN WITH LESS CALORIES: I'm loading up on this.<br>5. Mineral Cocktail<br><br>Niranjan Sir and Sanchari made it simple for everyone. In fact, I used to think that planning meals and keeping track of calories was difficult, but now I feel secure. I adore how you use relatable stories and feelings, especially for uncontrollable cravings, to relate to our difficulties.<br><br>And the 3 strategies to take control of unwanted cravings just blew my mind.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The whole session yesterday was a much-needed one because expert advice is such a clutter these days. If I want to research something, I am looking at so much information on Google but to have a body of knowledge as a foundation is what this felt to me. I loved the disclaimer put out in the beginning and I feel much more equipped to do my own research.<br><br>Some moments that were wow to me included:<br>1. Eat more but maintain weight, however, feel better and more energetic&nbsp;<br>2. The reinstating of the belief that food is all about the lifestyle<br>3. Think about the digestive system as a whole rather than the tongue<br>4. The challenge of interventions at the craving stage (a part of the atomic habit)<br>5. The activity and calorie chart<br><br>My personal insights:<br><br>1. Awareness is just one aspect of food, it all comes down to actions, mindfulness, and faith. I believe the way Wonder Routine has been a supporting pillar through this phase of mine, I will be able to incorporate a lifestyle effort to improve my relationship with nutrients, cravings, and my body.<br>2. I feel overwhelmed every time I think of exercise, and it is the biggest challenge of my wonder routine, but the observation of the activity chart made me feel a lot better. A lot of activities that I already do, I do not count as exercise. Thus, my next agenda with respect to exercise is to appreciate myself for every movement that I do because I am working on myself, the only standards I have to follow are what makes me feel better.<br>3. Even though during the past two years, I have worked on my meals and lifestyle, this is an affirmation to continue further. The changes do not have to be a lot, I am going to start small and add on as I go.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

I'm not weird if I want to watch a movie alone in a cinema hall or sit alone while working on my work in a cafe.<br><br>___________________________________________<br>Letter to Myself<br><br>Dear Me,<br><br>I know it's been hard decades. What I love about you is the resilience and the fighting spirit. But now, you don't need to be ultra strong and a fight risk.&nbsp;<br><br>I know when I say this, you feel the void inside you. This void is good for you! Remember once you reach the final destination, that is when people reflect to the dark phases of their lives and call that the defining nature. That is what has brought you where you are; it doesn't mean that life has to be hard every time. Sometimes you should let yourself enjoy the good times and the opportunity these bring to you. I can understand that you have been trying to fill it up with work, overly multi-tasking. Don't you think it's time to let go? Let go of what you had to become when faced with bullies, and violence. That's not your situation anymore.&nbsp;<br><br>Stop being so hard on yourself and learn to allow things to happen at their pace. You've been told that you can't ever do it. Women can never do it. They have to be alpha women, sacrificing their families for their success at work. Those are societal beliefs that you have accepted as yours. But are they really yours? Remember the calmness you felt when you learned French, the success you reached within one year. From someone failing in a subject, you became the one and only top scorer at school. That's you in your best element when you are doing you, irrespective of what others say or believe. I'm sorry for letting you settle for less, for not making you the priority by misusing the martyr complex that the family and your relationships need me more. They do but they don't need it that much! You have such a supportive and loving community, they will admire your potential and wait for you to fight for yourself from your "demons". Stop overthinking and live a little, you won't offend anyone rather they will fall in love with you even more.&nbsp; It's okay to want to work on yourself alone; they will understand and adapt as per you. You are the love of my life, the most beautiful and adaptive soul I have ever seen.&nbsp; Let your light shine!</div>]]></description>

The knowledge of Love Language, Attachment styles are theories I had awareness of already as I had done this research to work on a previous difficult relationship. While the relationship did not work through, but I forgave them to move on with my life. I did whatever you guys discussed that one should do. I have recently spoken to them again and realised that they've had a significant character development too and am glad we can talk more freely about it.&nbsp;<br>After all of my processing, I realised I had a lot of shame as to how I let so many things slide and how I had stopped listening to my gut, my intuition and just how giving I had become. This letter addresses that I am in process of forgiving myself and become giving to myself first before I additionally do that for anybody else. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Love and relationships is something I evaded almost my entire life in the fear of loneliness and abandonment. Even my relationship with myself was elusive. I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned on this topic from Sanchari &amp; Niranjan from yesterday's session and previous zen gyms.&nbsp;<br>I was able to understand my love language even though I have been doing it for a long. I love giving thoughtful gifts to my loved ones. I always thought I was being materialistic. But now I realise, especially with my personality I am best at expressing in the form of acts or kinds. I feel awkward with expressing my love in the form of words or touch, even if it is for my parents and my friends. I would rather tell them I love you, I care for you by giving a gift.<br>The section on attachment style was a really eye opening session for me. I found why I struggled in my relationship, even though it fell apart for a reason not related to the parties involved. My attachment style was preoccupied. Because of previous friendships, I have been sceptical whether they would stick around or leave. It was hard for me to open up. Now, I also realise the guy had dismissive style. Anyways we weren't meant to be. It was an experience for me to grow as well as my pathway to meet soulflow. If that hadn't happened I wouldn't have realised I was not okay.<br><br>I had also realised I was bad at communicating properly. The sandwich method was really enlightening.&nbsp;<br>I hope to apply and make use of the insights in my relationships and any future ties I would form.<br><br>Thank you for creating such a beautiful session.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Yeah</strong>: <em>Because I took up writing after so long!!!! I realize how much I missed it.</em><br><br>Insights:<br>1. <strong>You starting off with the picture of your first date</strong>, it emphasized to me that looking back to where we started from and cherishing those past happy moments can invoke a fresh divine feeling every time. It worked for me and my partner so well we read each other our initial chats through a call. One great day in our already shaky long-distance relationship ;)<br><br>2. <strong>Relationship doesn't always need two people</strong>: I was always carried away by the thought that if it has to be a relationship it must be between people and when you said, " no matter how deep your love is for each other, we don't want it to be the only kind of love", there I was realizing, there is a more important kind of love: SELF LOVE-which is the most important and ironically not between people but with you.<br><br>3. <strong>The concept of loneliness put in so beautifully</strong>: it is just a mindset and the fact that <em>how much ever we try, we can never be lonely as we will always have our own company</em>. This realization has left no scope for my blame game with loneliness anymore!!!!<br><br>4. <strong>The greatest WOW moment;</strong> Until yesterday I blindly shut down on my partner thinking he doesn't care. Yesterday I stopped thinking that way and realized that it was not that he didn't care, but it was that he doesn't know. With that striking me hard, I am already in the pursuit of finding common grounds in our love language!!!<br><br>I can keep listing more, because there was so much to take away from yesterday's session, solely for the fact that it was the very first time, I saw, heard and experienced a community getting so involved in a topic like this. This built a strong base that I am determined to built upon. Thank you Sanchari and Niranjan!!!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well, how should I start to express what I felt about this session, it is a ball of multiple threads of thoughts tangled together. Like everyone else, I have had my fair share of troubles in all kinds of relationships I have had. And like everyone else, I have tried some things that worked and some that did not but everything takes a toll eventually if they have not been processed and treasured/respectfully discarded. Yesterday was a whole set of critical areas bundled into one session. In fact, I am excited for the November sessions to understand everything in detail.<br>Some wow moments for me were:<br>1. Different love languages need to be dealt with accordingly, instead of having unfulfilled expectations, one way of dealing with communication and efforts is to understand the love language of others.&nbsp;<br>2. The focus was on every relationship, especially the assessment part including professional ones too, I mean we all tend to ignore relationships other than friends, family, and partner, but that is not how the reality works.<br>3. Forgiveness portion, the meaning of forgiveness, amazing!!<br>4. Ways of communication (waiting to learn more in detail)<br><br>I could write pages and pages about yesterday's session, but I will try to make it short and simple. My insights<br>1. The love language segment will be a great tool to navigate around my parents and to finally be able to put actions to the understanding I have now developed for them as an adult.&nbsp;<br>2. The attachment style has been quite dynamic for me, and I am going to always remember that it needs periodic assessment because relations are also dynamic and if I am not self-aware, I am always going to enter into this cycle of getting hurt and then recuperating and doing it all over again<br>3. Boundaries, well, not good at it but I really liked the part wherein there are actual ways of creating and maintaining boundaries, having steps to follow makes it feel easier for me now. I can practice and correct them&nbsp;<br>4. Lastly, a good point I took down yesterday, if I am not able to live with myself, it means there is something missing in me, addressing solitude will make me want better love for myself and eventually help me in attracting better people (especially on the romantic side)<br><br>It was a wonderful session, the cute video in the middle, and acting out the sandwich method made it realistic for me, and the anecdotal references made me feel that I can also do a better job of maintaining relationships around me. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My insights<br>After this session I started to think of my old memories that we both had before our marriage....we always say love u and also v appreciate each other often.... Actually even after marriage v continued.....v really gone threw many hard times as v didn't have baby for five years.....but love betwn us became strong....whenever I or he felt low due to society v itself support eachother and stayed strong....The truth is I don't know where his old love gone after I got conceived.....Though he took care of me well v had many fights betwn us....I felt over emotion and always crying...I just calm down my self by saying due to hormone changes....Also I put many expectations on him....so I suffered a lot ......I know about him.....but.......Also after delivery too had small small prblm......but those are due to family situation as I am in my mom place....now my baby was 8 month old....I and my babycame to my aunt home&nbsp; as guest which is 400km away from my native....After sterday session I felt of missing him soooo much........after a very big long gap I msged Him as I love u.......He got shocked as he will tell to me often but I won't.....Thanku Niranjan and Sanchari for making me to start my love journey again with him....also I started to think of how to improve myself in love and understand the importance of love language.......          <description><![CDATA[<div>Why I want to embrace spirituality?<br><br>For me spirituality means connecting to my highest self: my spirit, my soul. Our souls are originated from a common source: The Supreme soul God and one day we all have to travel back to Him. He designed each of our soul for a specific purpose on this planet. Just like a treasure, our purpose is inside us and to find that out, we need to find a road first, then a key to open that treasure for us. Spirituality is a journey that begins from realizing that, we are more than just a body, to finding out our purpose, living dharma, doing our karma. Through this journey I want to find out my purpose on this planet, I want to connect with the universe through my highest self, to live a more fulfilling life.<br><br>What does being happy and joyful means to me?<br>For me happiness and joyful mean to present at a particular moment, to experience the whole out of it, no background music inside my head, no unnecessary worries of past and future, no fomo, doing the most of my capabilities without any regrets ,laughing out loud from my stomach without the fear of being judged by anyone. For me happiness is mindfulness and satisfaction and no second thought.<br><br>What are my goals for 2023?<br><br>Everytime I write down my goals I feel very excited and motivated to achieve that but it is only for a moment only. I struggle a lot to achieve them. So my first goal for 2023 should be to keep myself motivated.<br>My short term goals ( for a week practice)<br>1.&nbsp; Reduce my screen time to 4hrs a day<br>2. Mindfulness meditation&nbsp;<br>3. Studying for 2hrs a day with a break of 5 minutes after every 30 minutes<br>4. Dopamine detox<br><br>3 month goal<br>1. Stress management&nbsp;<br>2. Better relationship with self and surrounding&nbsp;<br>3.Mobile deaddiction<br>4.Spirituality practice&nbsp;<br>5. Most imp- to prepare my self for exams in December. Instead of last minute studying, studying daily from now.<br>6. To welcome 2024 with a new and better self who is more self aware, who has less regret and more new experiences. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was expecting the session to be different than what traditional spirituality is referred to as, but the whole concept presentation was better than I had imagined. I struggle to talk about spirituality, in general, because I have not been able to relate to something I would completely believe in. But the discussion was like taking a leap of faith, even though I am not completely warmed up to the whole idea.<br><br>Some wow moments for me:<br>1. Modern spirituality is different than traditional spirituality, which basically depends upon contemporary situations and circumstances<br>2. The journey of spirtuality is highly individual<br>3. The inner code of transformation and one has to look within to unlock it<br><br>Few insights that I have:<br>1. I doubt if I am right about spirituality or not when other people talk about traditional spirituality but this is highly individualistic and I should have faith in what I believe in and walk on the journey I pick up<br>2. The fact that trial and error works for this as well, there can be methods that don't work for me and I have the option to explore what exactly makes sense to me<br>3. Meditation does not need to be a time-bound activity, it is more of a goal-bound thing, the activity depends on what I want out of my meditation practice, it sort of puts a lot of things in perspective and gives me better control of my life. I actually tweaked my wonder routine to reflect this.&nbsp;<br>4. I have to work on unlocking my inner code of transformation and even though this is my third series with Soulflow, I can see that I will keep on coming back here to find my roots and to be centered so that I can grow more.<br><br>I am looking forward to embracing my spiritual journey, especially the visualization and manifestation part. I will look forward to another Vision board class, if it happens to get a helping hand. </div>]]></description>

I have started reading 1-2 of books a couple of times and always gave up after reading few pages. But in the session, I understood the importance of reading books and also what drives you to continue reading it. I have started reading book just after the class. Although i read 3 pages of Atomic Habits, but atleast I started reading it. Today I have successfully completed WONDER routine for the first time and that too by the morning itself. I always used to skip R from WONDER routine which was most difficult task for me. But going forward I am confident that I will be able to complete WONDER routine daily.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There are a lot of books that I started but couldn't finish.. due to lack of interest or something else. I feel a book comes to you when you are ready for it.<br>I still remember my first ever novel 'Harry Potter ' that I read out of FOMO when&nbsp; I was 15 just because all my friends were taking about how Dumbledore died and I had nothing to add to the conversation. I remember how difficult it was as my English was not good and I had to sit with a dictionary and look up a word every 5 seconds. But then I was hooked. I finished all books in a year. It was my 10th, my first boards and I was reading Harry Potter. My dad was so furious that why did I pick up this time of all times to start reading. 😅😂<br>Then I read a lot of novels... initially romantic novels like 'A walk to remember',' The last song ' , ' PS I love you ', ' Notebook' . I guess all teenager first read love stories only.. helps build faith in forver wala love and happy endings.&nbsp;<br>Then my dad introduced me to ' The power of subconscious mind' . I read it and understood the concept but couldn't really relate to it. I guess I wasn't ready then. I was still very much into fiction. I read the twilight series. I love reading mythology. The Shiva trilogy. The hidden Hindu.&nbsp;<br>Recently only in the last 5 years I started picking up self help books like ' atomic habits' , ' the secret ' ,' wabi sabi' ,' ikigai' , ' power of now ' but for some reason I am unable to finish these.. like I read them.. a few pages a day and then I pick up something else. I am just not able to finish them . This time however I pledge to finish the ones I have. Some of my favourite books I have in which I always find solace. ' who says you can't, only you do' is one such book.. so much self assurance this book has given me from time to time. I open any page and the magic happens.&nbsp;<br>One of my precious books is ' extraordinary uses of ordinary things' - this book has helped me live a more sustainable lifestyle than anyone I know.&nbsp;<br>Books are magical things they have power to transform you and take u to places where you can never even imagine.<br>I am gonna stop writing now else this will turn into a full fledged blog😅<br>I guess this is good journaling 😂...just reflecting on what books I have read and why.&nbsp;<br>Thank you guys for these mini tasks😊<br>I am grateful 🤗</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The session was super fun and I am eagerly waiting for the entire list of books from both Sanchari and Niranjan.&nbsp;<br><br>Reading has been a passion of mine since I was a child. Starting from Chacha Choudhury and Marvel comics, I have come a long way. My biggest achievement has been developing a taste for non-fiction books.&nbsp;<br><br>Some wow moments for me:<br>1. Don't run after the numbers but the consumption of content.<br>2. Just like meditation, reading should have a purpose for an individual (explains why few years ago, I would sleep the moment I picked up non-fiction)<br>3. Combination of yoga and reading<br><br>Some insights that I will take away from this class would be:<br>1. I had started a personal initiative and I had been stressed because even though the initiative was well-intentioned, I was running after achieving a certain number. Listening to you people yesterday made me realize that the books are not running away, so I should rather appreciate the content, and let my brain be amazed and learn than rush after finishing the initiative. Point taken!<br>2. Sketch-noting post reading: I do not follow this, and I can form this connection here, during her sketch-noting class, Sanchari stressed the benefits of better understanding with this practice. Yesterday, when Sanchari reminded us again about sketch-noting, I realized that I could retain my learnings and excitement about a book if I could just sketch-note. I am already reading a book in the process of Wonder routine; I will include this part in the journaling aspect of the night routine.<br>3. Most importantly, the posture highlight was quite helpful. Last night and today morning, I followed it, and it was quite comfortable.&nbsp;<br><br>I can see the modifications I have to make. As I review this padlet tomorrow for today's tasks, I will collate all my submissions here so that I can make changes in my routine accordingly. A big thanks!<br><br></div>]]></description>

One hack that works for me is that I like to keep different books at different locations and read them at that specific place only. Like I have one book that I carry with me in my bag. This I will read while commuting or waiting somewhere. Once I finish it it will be replaced. This way I manage to finish 4-5 books in a month or so. It doesn't get boring.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello Sanchari and Niranjan,<br><br>A big thanks for holding these sessions for the alumni, so many insights I get to take home. I am already working on collating all the insights I have put here into a document so that I can make changes in my life. I am actually very grateful because I follow your Wonder routine. Inspired by it, I also made a sleep routine, but the sleep-hacking session brought about a lot of feedback on how to improve my routine.<br><br>Some wow moments for me were:<br>1. The sleep is associated with creativity enhancement. I have experienced an improvement in showing my creative side when I wake up refreshed but never before this did I make this connection.<br>2. A good night routine also includes creating a pleasant space (my focus was always limited to cleanliness), regulated temperature (did not know 20 deg C to be ideal)<br>3. Selecting the kind of music to listen to before sleeping depends on whether my heartbeat is slowing down or not, these are minute things that I did not pay attention to, and I have struggled with bad dreams so much since before I was a teenager.<br>4. People who throw shade on the lifestyle changes that I make here are frustrated with themselves. I can sympathize with them, but it should not end up with me breaking away from what is working for me. (I definitely needed to hear this, thank you!)<br><br>My insights from this class:<br>1. No need to follow the crowd in flexing the hustle culture. If I have to be successful in what I want to do, I need to take care of everything in totality to last long.&nbsp;<br>2. Identifying sleep disruptions to be able to make changes, I am pretty excited about this. I have always wanted to do research on myself to be better but never had enough motivation, however, I am going to make it work this time.<br>3. Breathing techniques before I sleep (much needed for me to calm down especially when I am scared of the dark before I sleep)<br>4. So, instead of following somebody's fixed time to get up, I should fix my own and then follow it diligently.&nbsp;<br>5. Most importantly, sleep cannot be fixed in isolation.</div>]]></description>
