Working ahead is a helpful strategy because it allows you to have more free time once your work is done. This improves leadership by allowing you to be prepared instead of behind. If you work ahead it will benefit your leadership because you will be more used to getting things done rather than procrastinating. Working ahead is getting an assignment done prior to the due date.

Splitting work up is a very useful strategy because it is more helpful in the grand scheme of things. This affects my leadership by giving me the opportunity to lead not only a group but also to lead myself through a heavy workload. By splitting up work, your leadership is benefitted because it betters your ability to problem solve. Splitting work up is distributing pieces of an assignment in order to get it done more efficiently.
