You can go on trips and learn to work with groups, develop life skills, and make friends. This is a good way to overcome social anxiety or if you're reserved and would like to push yourself to talk a little more.

> When in school and balance: Focus on your academics and your well-being. It's ok to have fun, but know when to have fun. If you have missing work to do, finish that up and you could have fun. Learn to consider your time and the amount of extraciriculars you are going to commit and take. Time and place.

> Well-being: It's ok to ask for help or get counseling for your well-being no matter who you are. It's good to regulate your emotions, and you're less likely to crash out often.

>Friends and/or social life: If you need to cut out a friend, cut out a friend. It's better to have a select few of friends to hang out on the regular than the large group.
