This award is very special to me as Erik was one of my favorite students and had a great impact on my life in the short time he was on this planet. He was a very giving person, kind, and very funny in his own way, and as the award acknowledges, always willing to help someone. You have given so much to CBEE UG students  in your couple of years at OSU as an LA in so many courses from 1st Year through this past year Junior year classes. As a personal beneficiary of that giving, I want to say THANK YOU from me and all the UG  students that have benefitted from your help.
