<title>Do we need to have a highly qualified person in every field we intend to offer apprenticeship in?If this is the case is it a realistic ambition?More to the point is it something we actually need?Would the range of companies we deal with, some of which are highly specialised really expect us to have that degree of expertise I suspect not, what they would want is someone that has a good engineering background and can understand their needs when explained . So an intelligent, experienced engineer with good people skills, not a sales man but some one with some sales man attributes.</title>
