2. In pairs, SS are to engage in cooking demo.
3. Cooking demo is to be recorded
4. A sample recording is randomly chosen and viewed

-Play a youtube video on cooking nasi lemak
- Students are given cuttings of the order of the recipes.
- Students will have to arrange the recipe cuttings according to the recipe's sequence.

Post-stage:
-Role-play ( demonstrating how nasi lemak and sambal bilis are prepared)

Follow-up:
Homework: Rewrite the recipe of Nasi Lemak individually.
