         <description><![CDATA[<div>The educational system of china is made up of six years of primary school 3 of these years is spent in lower secondary and upper secondary school. Then four years spent within a University curriculum. The urban schools within China are funded by the state and rural schools are depending on their own financial resources to fund the schools. There is a significant emphasis on the natural sciences within these schools but overall scholastic success is highly encouraged. </div>]]></description>
