         <description><![CDATA[<p>An intentional tort is a civil wrong that occurs when the defendant commits a wrongful action, on purpose, that results in damages to the plaintiff. OJ Simpson battered, and wrongfully ended the life of Nicole Brown Simpson as well as Ronald L. Goldman, it was not in self-defense and totally deliberate.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>OJ Simpson was ordered to pay 33.5 million dollars. I think it was fair because even though he was found innocent in the criminal case, it seemed very likely that he killed his ex wife and her friend. </p>]]></description>
