Will the bill review deadlines also apply to pre-filed bills?

Will the "review bill" page still show us who else was assigned to review the bill, so the lead will know who to reach out to, if needed?

As you answer and move to the next, does it alert you that you missed a question and not allow you to proceed. I think it's a good precaution to ensure the review truly is complete and no question or section was forgotten.
