         <title>One of the advantages is that it gives some hands-on experience, students can see how their knowledge of the language helps them to solve real-life problems.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I have always loved to use films, shows and movie clips as a way to teach language. The topics in the film can engage interesting conversations. I also once did an activity in which students had to write a movie review. This was a first for many and also quite challenging, but it proved to be a popular assignment :) </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I actually do use CLIL in my classroom though it may not be so obvious at first. Firstly, I use it in Drama Class which is aimed at improving students' pronunciation skills as well as creative ones. Also when I teach theme based classes, I can use CLIL approach like when teaching FOOD and DRINKS topic we may cook something with students and so on. It's a great approach to help students develop their skills in a practical way. </p>]]></description>

And we discuss it together. They share what they find difficult and what surprises them.          <title>I wouldn&#39;t call it &#39;use CLIL&#39; as an approach, it&#39;s rather using elements of CLIL. For example, when we worked on the topic &#39;Crime and Punishment&#39; my students organized a trial where they had to act different roles and use a lot of courtroom language.</title>
