With this, we interviewed one of the student from 1 year from the Social Work department, named Sukjeet Singh. He shared his experience with us about the Parrott Center library. The writing process involved brainstorming, drafting, and revising to craft a compelling narrative with quotes from interviews. The final submission included a 400-600 word article with a title, author's information, and a high-quality photo. We gained an awareness of the numerous components required for a successful communication strategy, such as goal and objective establishing, audience analysis, key message crafting, communication tactic/tool selection, budgeting, and critical route creation. Meeting with the organization, whether digitally or in person, taught us the value of direct communication in understanding the client's needs and expectations.</p><p>The task entailed combining information gleaned from research, client meetings, and strategy planning into a complete communication plan document. We applied theoretical knowledge to a real-world issue, showcasing our ability to analyze target demographics, create targeted content, and recommend concrete tactics to help the client reach their goals.
