         <description><![CDATA[<p>A scrape where the top layer of skin is rubbed off, often from the a fall. </p><p><br></p><p>Initial Care: Wash Hands, wear gloves, clean gently with soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment, cover with a bandage.</p><p><br></p><p>Post Care: Change bandage daily or when dirty, watch for redness or pus. Usually doesn't need medical referral large or very dirty</p>]]></description>

Keep covered and clean, see a doctor if bleeding doesn't stop. </p>]]></description>
