I belive this ebcuase as in the evidence from the scene their is a picture of drugs and pills possible heroin and xanax. I could easily see someone over dosing and or doing these drugs especally in the safty if their home.
2) If that is not the case i would expect for a potential homicide. Possibly someone coming up behind them to drug them. I would only belive this because they landed front facing i can only imagine them falling backwords in my brain.
3) Ther 3rd thing i could think of was a murder by her ex husband. This could make sense becuase he came over to her house with his new wife that stayed in his car. Could be a sort of getaway driver

Her ex husband alex and his new wife erica. Erica was seen in a car parked outside of Annas house but Alex was in the house "discussing buisness". Anna had a nextdoor neighbor that called the cops when he heard the dog barking continuously. His name was doug. Doug and Anna were romanticly interactive last week but Anna cut it off. Anna has a best friend named lucy that is a co owner to a bakery. The last time Anna saw her was at work the day before when she went home early to "take care of buissness". Her chest is normal no signs of trauma. Abdimin sticking out
Arms and Legs are normal but the ankles are swollen and signs of adamia are positive wih moderate fluid. Fingernails are turning gray.
Recently beoke her ark and their a break in the left shin area. 
Inflamed red injection sites(Plural) on left thigh.
Has Asprin in her system.
A head wound on the right only 2 cm limited bleeding. Bruise on right elbow.
Her color has eveidence of oxygen deprivation.
Finger nails and toenails are blue and gray. Is vomit with blunt trauma to head.

Autopsy showed Mitral valve prolapse.

Both with a A blood type. We found hair that was annas hair whitch is normal considering its her house.  We found finger prints that directly relate to Alex Garcia. We found some shoe prints that are anna garcias shoes but only one of the shoes had dirt on them. Has Asprin in her systems.  No eveidence of overdosage of drugs or alcohol. Cloths are not torn but stained with blood. Vomit near her. Becuase she had sickle cell she had a lack of red blood cells. This means her bllood could clot easily and make it harder for her to be able tol ive a normal life.  She could have laps of masssive pain and posslbe loss of limbs.  She passed out on mutple occasions.
