         <description><![CDATA[<pre>Antonio Jose de Sucre was born in Cumana on February 3 , 1795. His parents were Lieutenant Vicente de Sucre and Urbanski and Maria Manuela de Alcalá and Sanchez . At age 7 he witnessed the death of his mother. He was brought up to fifteen years for his uncle Jose Manuel . He then studied mathematics and fortifications in Caracas School of Engineering in 1808. In 1810 rose to the position of lieutenant of the army.</pre><div><br></div>]]></description>

He was the son of a wealthy family of military tradition , his father being the Patriot Army colonel . It is considered one of the most complete military between the heroes of South American independence .</div>]]></description>
