         <description><![CDATA[<p>As a white middle class British female, I was already aware of my inherent 'rank'. I work hard to treat people fairly and am approachable. I felt that I was therefore proactively not acting on unconscious bias. However, from watching the video today, I see that, in leadership especially, we need to go further than this. We need to be actively seeking understanding of situations where people may not feel able to speak out. And working to create a safe culture in which everyone has an equal voice.</p>]]></description>
