These details can help the reader stretch their imagination beyond the pages of the story. What additions could you make to the wizarding world? 

Create a new Hogwarts house. Describe its attributes and the nature of the students. Other details you may include: Who was the founder? Does it have a house ghost? What is the common room like? Which characters would you sort into it? 

You have just opened up a new shop in Diagon Alley. What is it like? What do you sell? Who works for you? Who will your customers be? 

Care of Magical Creatures is an important part of the curriculum at Hogwarts. Hagrid, Charlie Weasley, and Newt Scamander (author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), are all known for their love of the subject. If you share their passion for magical creatures, describe your favorite. Where does it live? What does it eat? Could you keep it as a pet? What do you like most about it?  

Fred and George Weasley have given you the Marauder's Map. Which secret part of the castle will you explore first? You can discuss a place mentioned in the books, or create your own.
