2) Make a decision:

• Add to cart: Once the customer has selected a satisfactory product, they will add the product to the cart.

• Payment: Customers choose the appropriate payment method and proceed to payment.

• Order confirmation: After payment, customers will receive order confirmation notification

3) After purchase:

• Waiting for order confirmation: The order will be in the queue and will wait for the seller to review the order and customer information.

• Delivery: Products are delivered to the customer's address in the order information .

•  After-sales: Customers evaluate products and services after purchase, and may become loyal customers.

Progress:

•  Buyers place orders on the website/app without having to pay immediately.

• The order is processed and shipped to the buyer's address.

• When the delivery person arrives, the buyer checks and pays directly by cash or card (if the delivery person has a POS machine), or transfers money to the delivery person.

• After receiving the money, the delivery person completes the order and transfers the money to the seller.

Progress:

• The buyer selects the product and goes to the checkout page.

• Enter credit/debit card information or use e-wallet (like PayPal, Momo,.. ).

• The payment gateway encrypts and transmits the information to the buyer's bank to authenticate the transaction.

• The buyer's bank checks the balance and confirms the transaction.

• Money is transferred from the buyer's account to the seller's account through the payment gateway.

1. Create order

• Buyer places order : Customer visits Website/App, selects product and adds to cart.

• Order Confirmation : After selecting a product, the customer enters personal information and chooses a payment method. The order is then created and confirmed.

• Automatic command code generation : The OMS system automatically generates a unique command code for each transaction for easy tracking.

2. Check inventory

• Check Inventory : The system checks the inventory status based on the ordered product information. If the item is available, the order moves to the next step.

• Update inventory : The system automatically updates the quantity of products in stock after the order is confirmed.

3. Order processing

• Order Classification : OMS classifies orders based on shipping address, priority, or shipping method for more efficient processing.

• Prepare order : Once the order is confirmed, the system will send a request to the warehouse or supplier to prepare the product.

• Buyer Notification : Customers receive email or SMS notifications about order status

4. Order shipping

• Select shipping unit : The system integrates with shipping services to select the appropriate shipping unit based on delivery address, estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

• Delivery : The order is sent to the shipping unit and the system updates the estimated delivery time to the customer.

5. Order Tracking

• Shipping Tracking : OMS allows sellers and buyers to track order status throughout the delivery process through the bill of lading

• Customer Notification : When the order is near, the system will send a notification to the buyer about the delivery status.

6. Delivery and Confirmation

• Receiving the goods : The buyer receives the goods from the shipping unit and inspects the product. If everything is as described, the delivery process is complete.

• Delivery Confirmation : The buyer or delivery unit confirms receipt of the goods on the system and the order status is updated to "Completed".

7. Payment and order completion

• Payment : If the customer chooses COD payment method, the money will be collected upon delivery. For online payment method, the money will be transferred to the seller after the order is completed.

• Complete order : After receiving the goods and payment, the system will mark the order as completed.

8. Return Processing (If Any)

• Return Request : If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they can request a return through the system. OMS will manage the process, from accepting the return request to processing the refund.

• Confirm and refund : After the product is returned and inspected, the system will update the return status and proceed to refund the customer.
