         <description><![CDATA[<div>What do we understand by MENTAL WELLNESS?<br>I would just like to start with a quote"Happiness and unhappiness are just states of mind and therefore their real causes cannot be found outside the mind."<br>This quote isn't really relevant to the topic but trying to understand it isn't really a harm. To make it convenient we could just start by defining the word mental wellness. mental wellness is a state of well being in which an individual realizes his or her abilities,can cope with normal stresses of life,can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make contribution to his or her community. But if I want to describe this term in my words, I would just simply say that it is a state of inner peace in a person where one can achieve all the aspects of life if there is determination and will power. Talking about inner peace then this peace will be completely be disturbed if a person is suffering from stress. Most of the people think of stress as a mental state or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.But we actually don't know that a person is facing his or her fears. For instance, if a person is afraid of heights and is standing at a very altitude, lets say on a bridge at a height, that person is stressed which we often claim as fears. Now talking of stress reminds me of a very common term that is "Depression".Most of the people think of depression as a side effect of stress, True. But what most people don't know is that depression can also be caused by a number of reasons, for example:1. Genetic Characteristics 2. Changes in hormone levels and 3.Even medical illnesses. Now, most people would just talk about how to fight against stress and stuff like that, but what I think is why to take a chance of being stressed by thinking about what is negative going on in our lives, instead by thinking about what is good going on in our lives, we can be happy, feel free and enjoy our lives.<br>Thank You.</div>]]></description>

And this can only happen when we accept the fact that we are all the divine creations of the almighty and we are not undeserving ! . Happiness is a state of mind which can only be attained by confidence and by agreeing that nobody in this world garuntees your happiness except you , yourself . Also mental wellness can be achieved by self actualisation , keeping self esteem , having a sense of belongingness , safety and security and by fulfilling the physiological needs . A study proves maximum breakdowns , addictions , anxiety and depression disorders occur due to factors such as extreme sense of despair , too much pressure , unhindered responsibilities , frustration etc . But I would rather say <br>That there is nothing that we cannot handle rather we have the ability to overpower even the most difficult tasks just if we keep confidence because it's not the load that breaks you down its the way you carry it . So keep confidence . Have faith and fight  back . What will be the worse consequence? <br>You might not not win in the first go , so what ? You won't loose either because In life you never loose either you win or you learn ! <br>So keep winning and learning . <br>I'm sure you don't need the support of your society when you have God . <br>He won't let you fall apart . <br>Define yourself by the learnings that made you win . <br>Lets fight Mental illness !<br>Live , love , laugh <br>Thank you <br><br></div>]]></description>

Keep a smile , make your smile your power for you don't like tears coming out of your eyes .<br>Remember , what people say to put you further down or how the situation is doesn't matter , how strong you are does matter , how much faith you have that you will be above and beyond does matter .<br>Live , laugh love !<br>It's your life make the best out of it .          <description><![CDATA[<div>Mental illness is a word familiar to all but is it just a word or something way bigger than that? It basically means a state of body in which a person's behaviour gets mainly affected. According to studies every 7 out of 10 people are affected by it. It may get caused due to traumas, loneliness or even by sitting idol and doing nothing but the main cause of it is stress. Be it an adult working in an office or children studying in school, many of them get under pressure and stress easily and become a victim of mental illness. This should not be considered as a minor thing as it can transform into serious diseases in longterm periods. It may result in brain tumor or even brain failure. Its prevention is very easy. Just don't sit idol, keep yourself busy and never get under pressure ,even in most difficult circumstances. The young generation is the next prey of mental illness and this can be seen through various acts of them. This is caused by various gadgets such as mobiles, laptops etc. and of course these are also causing stress as children are wasting time on useless things and nothing productive which make them feel guilty of themselves and , thus, causing irritation and stress. Getting angry easily, shouting at no purpose and laziness are few of the things seen in kids nowadays. So we should take necessary steps for prevention of mental illness and a better and bright future ahead!!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Stress Free.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A few months ago, i bought a dog. Real ball of sunshine, he brings a smile to my face every time i see him. Now puppies are the cutest things aren't they? but cute isn't the only thing that comes with it. Keeping a dog means responsibilities. I still remember my dad being all stressed out about how it woke us up at 5am. doesn't sound as good anymore does it?. Now stress is something you are always going to experience, but what we should concern is us being taxed out through stress and walking through the paths of eternal darkness, that's where you need to find a flashlight. During stress, our mind works in rapid ways to cool ourselves but in the end that makes us even more tired. But there are always many ways opposite to the path of stress.. <br><br>#1) Crying. weird huh? but its true. Crying is something that has really helped me get over stressful things.<br><br>#2) Music. Okay now this is my favorite part. Too busy? doesn't matter, take out 5 minutes and put up a song with the sickest beats ever, and then just do the weirdest dance ever. It sounds really funny, but trust science, it helps.<br><br>#3) Scream. Let all the frustration out. Take a pillow and just scream into it the loudest you can. Everything, literally everything drains out. After you feel better just take a deep breath in and hold it a few seconds. This will make you feel so light, you'll feel you suddenly have wings. <br><br>Also every time i feel my shoulders getting heavy from stress. I follow SELD.<br><br>S- Sing<br>E- Eat<br>L- Laugh<br>D- Dance<br><br>Yes, eating is something that really helps drain my stress. Have my favorite burger with a cool glass of lemonade.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This is probably something everyone has heard but need to learn- "If this is the worst, there will be a best" HOPE, hope is something that keeps us happy and sad. Keeping your hopes high usually leads to really devastating outcomes but a little hope is necessary to ride this cycle of life. Keeping hope that something great is coming next in bad times is something that not only makes you feel good but keeps a positive aura around you and you will always be smiling and socializing with new people. Too much of everything always leads to something bad , even if its something like honesty. For example, you are walking in the park and this really honest person comes to you and says you look horrible. Not so nice, is it? But keeping<em> just enough</em> honesty helps you to attract people and makes you confident. Also confidence, having too much is <strong>Over Confidence, </strong>too much love is O<strong>bsession </strong>but that's not what we're looking for so in this way the policy of <strong>JUST ENOUGH </strong>helps us become an indeed beautiful person. <br><br>-Manisha Mishra, XIII N</div>]]></description>
