This is my least favorite color palette. I don’t find the combinations of color works well with each other. I want my page to be colorful and bright but this palette is too dark for my preference and the theme that I’m going for.

 This choice of colours suits me the most. I love the bright pastel colors combinations, i feel like this colour palette would look really good with anime theme. With this colour palette, dark colour letters would look really good.

I prefer the three last colour (#000000, #AFC8FF, #3A58FF) as I it fits the theme more. With those 3 colour combinations, white or grey letters would look really good.

CLIENT SPECS
  • Objective: This website would be showing something about Japanese animation. It would let people know more about animation instead of just watching it.

    Genre: Entertainment.

    Target Audience: Anyone who likes watching animation.

    Style: Simple and modern.

    Colour: Colorful. Because animations is made of different colours.

    Typography: I would use clearly and neat fonts as my typography of this website.

    Media: Images. Because images could display the animation perfectly.

I think this color palette did meet with the brief because the overall theme of this color palette did actually catch the theme of my website, and I also feel that this color palette is more suitable for my website because me and my stakeholder have searched almost a hundred of different color palettes and we notice that this color palette is more suitable for my website, and it has met the brief because it looks colorful. And also my stakeholder likes this color palette so much, I think my target market is young teenagers, and I believe that they will like this color palettes,  therefore I decided to choose this color palette as my website's color.
