_{Dork Diaries from a not so fabulous life is about a eighth grader Nikki Maxwell. Nikki Maxwell hates Mackenzie( the school fantastic and fashionable popular girl) for life and wants a cell phone really badly. Nikki gets a locker next to her life long enemy Mackenzie. Kloe and Zoey are her two new and only best friends. Nikki then starts a tattoo club in which the most popular kids visit, not including Mackenzie. The art competition sign ups are out Nikki wants to grab one but then she doesn't because she see's Mackenzie grabbing one and knows she doesn't stand a chance against her. She then wants to transfer to a new school. Nikki visits her old school one last time and looks at the board which announces the winner of the art competition and gets shocked by finding out that her two friends and her crush Brandon had put together a collage of photos of the tattoos that Nikki had made. Nikki was the winner and she decided not to change schools.}

Beezus always try's to be patient with her little sister Ramona but Ramona is always constantly getting in trouble or being complimented for her far amazing imagination than Beezus. Beezus feels like that being the big sister she always has to clean up after Ramona.

The BFG stands for big friendly giant . The plot of this book is about the BFG who "steals" a little orphan Sophie. The BFG tells Sophie that their are nine other giant twice as tall as the BFG and they eat human "beans" every night. Together they go to England and meet the queen and get help from the military to capture these humongous nine other giants.

  "Gaby Lost And Found" is a story about a girl named Gaby whose mother was deported to Honduras as she was an immigrant. Her father doesn't make much so they barely have anything. Gabys mothers passion for cats grows into Gaby and for her school community project they help a pet shelter. Gaby contributes to this community project by writing sweet profliles for each of the pets. This book is great if you want to learn about others lives different than yours.
